Are initial rugs & monogram rugs & name rugs embroidered?
No, they are not embroidered. Each initial, monogram or name is hand cut
from the chosen carpet color and then hand inlaid into the main color of the
rug.

Do the custom rugs have a backing?
Every rug that has a border, polka dots, initial, monogram or any
inlay design is professionally backed with a felt backing.

What are the rugs made from?
Our rugs are made from kid friendly carpet so depending on the colors you
choose the carpet is made up of either polyester or nylon carpet fibers.

Where are your rugs made?
We manufacture all of our rugs here in the great USA. Your custom rug is
100% USA made!

What are the font styles used for the initial, monogram & name
rugs?
You can see the font styles we offer here.

Can I request a font that is not on your list of available font
styles?
Sure, however there is a special order fee of $25.

How big are the letters on initial rugs, monogram rugs & name
rugs?
We make every letter in scale with the size of the rug. The bigger the
rug...the larger the initial, monogram or name.

What is the difference between an initial rug & a monogram rug?
An initial rug is literally one initial inlaid into a rug. This is very popular for
baby & kid's rooms. Although adults love them too. We have many adults
use an initial rug in their entry of their home.
A monogram rug is 3 initials.
For example
let's use the name "Alexa Whitney Evans"
If we were to write Alexa's initials it would be A.W.E.
Her letters are in order of her name with a period between each initial.
Now if we wanted to write Alexa's name as a monogram,
it would look like this...

Her last name is in the center and larger with more emphasis, and her first
name is smaller and to the left with her middle name smaller and to the right.

I would like to order a name rug, but I do not see anywhere on
the website to order a name rug.
How do I order a name rug?
Our website is not set up yet for online ordering of name rugs, so we ask

Do you do other designs in rugs instead of initials,
monograms,names, borders, and polka dots?
We sure do! Let us know what you have in mind for your custom rug. Email

Can I just order a solid color rug without a design?
Definitly! It's your Rug...your Way!

Can I order a different size rug than what you have on your
website?
We can do most any size rug, please just send us an email to ask.

Do you accept "RUSH" orders?
Sure, however there is a $75 rush order fee. You'll need to email us to let us
know.

How long does it take once I order a rug for me to receive it?
If you order a solid color rug, we will ship it within 1-7 business days.
For border rugs, initial rugs, monogram rugs, name rugs, polka dot
rugs, animal print rugs or any design inlay rugs we ship within 2-4 weeks.

I would love to sell your beautiful custom border rugs, initial
